A pristine large Art Deco ‘beehive’ patten container from the works of Kensington Ware England. This would have been used for the storage of biscuits, sugar, flour, tea, coffee beans etc. With original wicker handle complete.

Art Deco Kensington Ware England earthenware manufacturer at the Kensington Works, Hanley and then from 1937 at the Top Bridge Works, Longport, Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, England.
Complete backstop-Kensington Ware KPB ENGLAND c. 1922-1937 (the “H” in the knot is the town name “Belgrave”)
In very good condition usual crazing with age, no cracks, repairs or chips.
Very late size-height 14cm x width 14cm. Wicker Cane handle in perfect condition.
