Serving Tips: Spoon the runny honey from the side of the jar for teas & coffee. Scoop the comb out and put on hot toast, muffins, cereal, ice cream, fresh fruit, pancakes or eat it straight.

When we sort out our honeycomb we keep an eye out for combs that have natural bee pollen deposits. Then we set them aside as special Honeycomb & POLLEN Frames. Bee pollen contains vitamin B in large quantities also A, C, D and E.
The amount of pollen will vary. Look out for dark areas in the comb cells -thats the pollen (see the photos) Note our honeycomb is ENGLISH, collected form local British flowers. Not ACACIA Honey as many other online sites sell as this will not be British.
