Ainsley Harriott celebrity chef spent the day filming us at The Hive Honey Shop. He asked us to take part in his up coming foodie program all about the need to keep alive the artisan food trades of Great Briton. We discussed what makes a great honey, a few trade secrets shared and the plight facing honeybees and their future.
Ainsley, who lives locally, was very interested in our HayfeGUARD raw local honey to aid health for those suffering from hayfever. We discussed how we harvest raw pollen and have formulated a high strength honey that so many are finding helps with their hayfever.
