Serving Tips: Spoon the runny honey from the side of the jar for teas & coffee. Scoop the comb out and put on hot toast, muffins, cereal, ice cream, fresh fruit, pancakes or eat it straight.

This is from the wild bell heather flowers found on the moors, near the open coastline in Dorset. This honey is harvested in late August, fresh from the hives.
This gorgeous honey has a rich aroma, full, deep and fragrant. It is often described by our customers as " a real old-fashioned honey". We also sell this in the rarely seen honeycomb form!

This is a special find. Ivy honey is a very hard set honeycomb. I find it very useful this way as you can cut thin slices and the honey stays in tact within the comb. Ivy has a mild minty taste.
All the honey and comb is edible. I crumble it over ice cream or just eat it straight from the tub!
Serving Tops:
Cut comb slices and dip in melted chocolate to make an amazing after dinner treat serve with dark roasted coffee! Be even more adventurous try this: Cut thin slices of comb, place a thinly sliced strawberry wedge on top. Then drizzle warmed milk chocolate in a zig zag pattern over each piece. Place in fridge and remove when ready to serve.

We use a fresh vanilla pod in every jar! This delicately flavoured English Wildflower honey is lovely on hot toast or fresh crusty bread, and delicious spooned over strawberries and cream. We use our own English wildflower honey-never a foreign import! Supporting our local British bees.

A chewy gooey intoxicating treat indeed! Straight from our beehives, untouched just as the bees have made it! The nectar is gathered in the floral surrounding area of Surrey UK. WEIGHT: Between 170g - 200g approx.
TEXTURE: Varying degrees, mostly Runny with possibly natural crystalisation deposits. We do not tamper or alter the natural composition of our honeycomb. We do not heat this either to change what our honeybees have done naturally. This ensures you receive this honeycomb as nature intended.
No special storage requirement. Just keep it covered in a cupboard. Will keep fresh for 2-3 years!
