Description
Spring honey flow has been amazing!! The hawthorn provided a sea of white petals early on and our bees loved it. Spring time is a very busy time for our bees, gathering the rich nectars from the many wildflowers in the nearby Surrey woods and fields. Amazing how some sites just a few miles away will yield a different colour honey. This is due to the bees gathering nectar from different local flowers. So we extract these combs separately from the other spring combs and bottle as English Spring Blossom Honey!
Texture: Runny (for now) Light in colour.
Serving suggestions: in tea or coffee, as an alternative sweetener, with yoghurt, on cereal, as a glaze for meat dishes and fruit loaves. Great for baking rich moist cakes and fabulous flapjacks.

Must say marvellous honey. It is most certainly a bright yellow and I find the flavour a true surprise. Many different tones. Simply incredible.

Had this last year and just ordered another 4 jars as you ran out before. Highly recommend. Tastes like real honey, not the bland supermarket honeys.
